How do I report a streetlight that is out on my block?

Please fill out a support request at www.harrisburgpa.gov/contact. Your support request will be received and responded within 24-48 with a course of action.

It is important to include the physical location of the pole (corner streets {13^th & Derry), or in front of a residential property address {1622 Swatara St.}), and include the serial number that is displayed on the plate that is on the pole. 

This will help us identify the exact streetlight, and will help expedite your inquiry.
